ENCOMPASS MEDIA OUTDOOR

The Moscow, Idaho community (and larger local region) represents an underdeveloped and underserved outdoor advertising market and we intend to address that need.
 
Moscow's relative proximity to Pullman, WA (both towns boasting a state university just 7 miles apart) makes the regional population larger & more diverse than one might otherwise assume.  As a result many businesses recognize that area residents and students frequent both municipalities and therefore advertise accordingly.
